At Shomrai Shabbos-Chevrah Mishnayos, we pride ourselves as a Shul that provides a wide range of davening, learning, chessed and social opportunities and a vibrant Kehillah with a warm, welcoming membership.

The past five years have been of transition and growth for our Shul. We are excited to experience the entering, not only a new building, but a new phase in our Shul’s existence. At this time of renewal, we are heartened to go m'chayil l'chayil and offer:

  • A daily variety of three Shacharis Minyanim, Mincha and two Maariv Minyanim. Each Shabbos we offer Hashkama, Youth, Young Members and Kehillah Minyanim.
  • Continuation and expansion of our adult education programming including daily shiurim offered throughout the week at our Weinbaum Learning Centre, women’s shiurim and guest speakers;
  • An active Shul Sisterhood with special events and functions throughout the year;
  • Comprehensive Shomrai Shabbos Youth programming for Shabbos, Yom Tov and extra curricular events, for ages ranging from 0 to 18, including a nursery program for pre-schoolers.
  • Stunning new Horenfeldt Social Hall with seating for up to 350 people. Meat and Dairy kitchens to accommodate all of our member’s simchas and functions;
  • Confidential consultation and guidance of our  Rav, Rabbi Yacov Felder, Shlita;
  • Social activities and programs for adults and young members, such as our annual BBQ, Chanukah and Purim Parties;
  • Kiddushim and Seudah Shleisheis every Shabbos;
  • Benefit of the Shul’s Chessed activities, including the Bikur Cholim, Hachnosses Orchim, Nichum Aveilim and Chevra Kadisha;

It is only through the support and generosity of all our mispalalim that we are able to maintain our full range of communal services.
