IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone seeking to contribute to the Rabbi’s Discretionary (Tzedakah) Fund, including

  • MAOS CHITTIN

should contact him through the shul office at 416-782-8849. Do NOT use this form.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. To ensure proper billing and receipting, this form sends your donation and billing information directly and confidentially to our office. You will receive confirmation of payment within two business days.

As applicable, our office staff will also record your donation and will process your tax deductible receipt, which will be sent to you by email, or, on request, by mail.

Hall rental and sponsorship availability cannot be assured unless confirmed through the Shul Office. You can either use this form or contact the Shul office directly at 416-782-8849 or office@sscm.ca. Bookings are on a 'first-come, first-served' basis, subject to membership privileges.

Where applicable, monthly payments can be arranged by contacting the Shul office directly.

Donations are not processed automatically. All donations are reviewed before transactions are complete. The SSCM Office will email you when the transaction has successfully completed or if there is an error when processing your donation. Thank you for your support.
