Yom Tov Online Auction

We sincerely thank our members and guests for supporting the Shul through the sale of kibbudim. This year, we are testing the new ShulCloud online bidding system, with an eye of fully transitioning to this system. The system is easy to use, and with pre-Yom Tov bookings, allows friends and spouses to purchase Kibbudim for those closest to them. Most importantly, we are looking to increase the focus on our Tefillah over the Yom Tovim.

*Because this year is a transition, the online bidding is to set the minimum bidder for the live auction on Yom Tov. We will hopefully reduce the time spent on the live auction. You are committing to your bid, but not to the sale.*

Bidding closes at Erev Yom Tov, 2:00pm

We hope you find the online bidding system simple to use, and your feedback is appreciated.

How it Works

  1. Read the following, then proceed to the bidding page (link below).
  2. You will be directed to log into your ShulCloud account. If you have trouble logging in, we can help.
  3. Once logged in, you will have options to bid on specific Kibbudim on specific days. Currently posted:
    • Shmini Atzeres
  4. All Kibbudim have minimum bids as noted. Due to software limitations, we are not using "2 times the money" as done in years past to auction, for example, Hagbah & Gelilah.
  5. All further bids are in $50 increments.
  6. When you have selected and completed your bids, press "Confirm My Bids"
  7. You will receive a confirming email.
  8. If you are outbid, you will receive a further email notification.
  9. You can bid up to the closing date as noted.
  10. For this year, if you have the top bid, it will be the opening bid at the live auction.
